London Broil by Jovette


Ingredients:

  • 1 flank steak or bavette
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp (60 ml) olive oil
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) salt
  • ½ tsp (2.5 ml) pepper
  • Garlic powder

Directions:

Marinate for 6 hours.

Broil quickly (5 minutes each side, at least) as close as possible to the grill.

Slice into thin strips when cooked.
